Is permanent jewelry really permanent?
Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear and can last for years with proper care. While durable, it is not indestructible and may break, stretch, or come off if pulled, snagged, or exposed to excessive force.
What happens if my jewelry breaks?
We’re happy to offer rewelds and repairs whenever possible. Most repairs are simple and can be completed quickly at one of our locations or events.
Are refunds offered?
Due to the custom-fit nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. However, we are always happy to assist with repairs or rewelding when possible.
Does it hurt?
Not at all. The welding process is quick, painless, and safe.
Can I go through TSA or metal detectors?
Yes! Permanent jewelry can safely be worn through TSA and most metal detectors.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
• Avoid excessive pulling or snagging
• Clean gently with mild soap and water
• Avoid harsh chemicals when possible
• Remove your piece if instructed during certain medical procedures
Will my jewelry tarnish?

Yes! Aura offers private parties, pop-ups, bridal events, and permanent jewelry experiences for special occasions. Please contact us for availability and booking information.
